What are your skills, what you can do, what are your hobbies and so on, all these information and query to my mind. It is so bold your posts that I started to reply straightly saying get a website uploaded. Get this website optimized with key words or your key credentials or skills, your offerings and so on. Then you need to think more about getting the target traffic to the site. You may need to be part of a campaign or at least launch a campaign that can do the marketing for you.
