Are you saying something about developing integrated circuits or converters from your home? Sure! Go for developing some thing that helps in working of instant power supply. You will have the market with overwhelming sales response. If my above idea is not what you meant, then I do not know and I am unable to answer it right. You may ask to someone an importer about sending / importing converters.

Again, I have experience of facing such types of posts where users intentionally post some ambiguous questions to make me feel difficult to respond.
