Having an online job in cities like Mumbai and Delhi has many advantages that attract more and more people. For example, as I write this, the weather outside is pretty dull, with intermittent rain. Fortunately, I do not have to commute to work in such weather, fighting for best spots with others trying to get to work in time.

However, the flexibility and comfort that online jobs offer, with the chance of making lots of interesting jobs, have created many scams promising business opportunities that at best remain just that - opportunities.

There are many apparent companies in Mumbai and Delhi, that are at times just one-person endeavors - promising to make people successful in a day by some magic :) . All one has to do is give proper dedication and show the interest to have access to the jobs that hardly requires any hard-efforts. Those who succeed in getting short time, are the schemers themselves. Even those who promise a constant flow of jobs do not really say that they just want people to advertise certain products and services for which they will not receive anything unless their leads generate sales. How these people advertise is up to them. Yet people only have access to these 'jobs' after registering.

In order to secure a real online job, one needs to have a CV that stands out for the truth is that such jobs are few and competition high. Anyone promising work where neither skill nor experience is needed is offering no real job. Searching for such jobs requires deeper digging, which means more time. It also needs one to be on the lookout so as not to miss the few chances available. Although such jobs are conducted online, there will still be an interview that requires good preparation. There will be rigorous tests to pass.

The notion that online jobs are easy to find and secure is misleading.
The actual jobs are not that many while the people seeking them are not few. It requires developing one's skill, experience, and knowledge of how to let relevant employers know of them in an attractive manner.

Sticking to honesty is crucial in order to maintain a job once it is secured. If someone overstates his or her abilities, the discrepancy will soon show.

Another thing is to be careful with anything one writes or displays on the web. Potential employers usually search for details on the Internet regarding their potential employees. That awkward photo or statement may be one's undoing.
